Laughter Therapy for Depression and Anxiety

This is not for the faint hearted but has amazing results. Why I say not for the faint hearted is because I will arrive at your home around the time you get up, and together we will laugh for an average of 20 minutes. What this will do is raise your endorphin and serotonin levels naturally and as each day goes by you will become happier and more relaxed.

Laughing increases your level of oxygen and when you’re laughing both left and right side of the brain functions giving your mind time to be free of thoughts and just enjoy the moment.

Once the 20 day induction is complete you will feel happier with life, more confident and ready for your next steps. You will have learnt how important laughter is and what the health and social benefits bring to you. You will also have a clear vision of what you can achieve as interspersed with the laughter there will be some very defining moments and memories both joyous and sad that I will help you move through and then forwards with, a bit like life coaching with laughter.

I am very limited for this therapy as the majority of people rise at a similar time in the morning. This can also be used as a family therapy as the more laughter in a home the happier it is.
