I can, if you choose, combine your therapy to suit your individual needs. The response that combining therapies has given to my clients has been incredible. Using NLP and Hypnotherapy in conjunction with counselling gives more depth to you the client’s welfare and your own personal understanding of the situation. The sessions are very often interspersed with laughter as laughter is the key to combating fear and depression.

Laughter in therapy helps you to conquer fear, giving you the freedom to look at a problem whilst breaking it down with laughter.

Every client is unique with their own life as complex and different from another. Patterns may arise which could be completely out of your awareness. Gentle probing and summary of past sessions or past statements from actual session will help you to recognise any patterns and disturbances and will help identify where you may be stuck. This will help you to see an end point and will lead you into the healing process.

This gives you the opportunity to notice the parallels of your life and your behaviour within a safe environment, to understand what links the past to present and how these links can be unlinked, interchanged and reattached so you become the master of your destiny..
